About NYSC
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is a mandatory Post-tertiary scheme. Set up by the Nigerian government during the military regime of the head of state, Yakubu Gowon to further unite, reconcile, and rebuild Nigeria after the Nigerian Civil War. Hence, since 1973, graduates of universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education. Have been required to take part in the Nigerian Youth Service Corps Programs for one year.
Based on the operation, Corps members (participants of the National Youth Services Scheme and colloquially ‘coppers’) are posted to states other than their state of origin. Where they are expected to mix with people from different ethnic groups, social and family backgrounds, then learn the cultures and traditions of the indigenes in the location they are posted to. The NYSC Orientation

Therefore, we are pleased to inform all of the 2024 Batch ‘B’ streams 1 and 2 prospective corps members that the National Youth Services Corps (NYSC) has opened the portal to print Call-Up Letters.
ONLINE REGISTRATION:
Protective Corps members who registered online are expected to log in to the NYSC portal to commence printing their Call-Up Letter.
FOR OTHER REGISTRANTS:
The non-registrants should go and collect their Call-Up Letters from their graduation institutions.
PRINTING INSTRUCTION:
Login to the NYSC portal with your registered email and password, then click ‘Print Call-Up Letter.
HEALTH ADVISORY:
The National Youth Services Corps members are advised to get immunized against cerebrospinal meningitis before entering the camp environment.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Members can not bring motorcycles, vehicles, or bicycles to the camp.
LEGAL NOTICE:
Failure to report to service or ineligible participation may lead to prosecution.
ORIENTATION PREPARATION:
Graduates are advised to bring their degree certificates, ID cards, and professional licenses (if applicable) to the camp.
Important Notice.
Prospective corps members who did not make their payments during the online registration, are to collect their Call-Up Letter from their respective institutions of graduation.

How to Print Your NYSC Call-UP Letter Online
- Visit the National Youth Service Corps Registration portal, via www.portal.nysc.org.ng site HERE.
- Select and click on the login icon HERE.
- Login with your registered email address and password.
- Click on ‘Print Call-Up Letter’ to access and print your Call-Up Letter.
If you can not print your NYSC Call-Up Letter, you might be posted to another subsequent batch/stream.
Also, the 2024 bath A and B Prospective Corps members are advised as a matter of priority to be immunized against cerebrospinal meningitis before reporting to the camp. The Prospective National Youth Corps Members are not allowed to come into the camp with a vehicle, motorcycle, or bicycle.
NOTE:
Anyone who fails to report for service in the Service Corps as directed in the Call-Up Letter. And also fails to make his/her self available for service in the Service Corps. Will be persecuted in line with the provision of sections 13 subsection 1(a) and B of the National Youths Service Corps Act, Cap. N84 law of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
In addition, anyone who is not eligible to participate in the Service Corps or has been duly issued with a certificate of National Services or certificate of exception but so participate or attempts to so participate will be persecuted in line with section 13 subsection, 2(a) and B of the National Youth Service Corps Act, Cap. N84 law of the Federation of Nigerian 2004.

- For Nigerian Graduates: Students who studied in Nigeria should bring their degree/HND certificate or statement of results and personal identity card from their institution of graduation.
