Requirements for UNIMED Admission Screening Form 2024/2025
- Firstly, only candidates that selected the University of Medical Sciences, as their first or second choice. Can fill out this admission screening form.
- Those that did not choose the University, but are willing to change their choice of Institution to UNIMED can equally apply by filling out the form.
- Thirdly, it’s important you have 2 credits in English Language and Mathematics, plus 3 other relevant subjects.
- Further, candidates that have applied for admission screening in the past are also welcome to apply.
- Lastly, Direct Entry candidates that have all other requirements and also possess a minimum of 10 points in relevant ‘A’ level subjects or equivalent are eligible to apply for courses in the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences and Faculty of Science except for Computer Science, Information Technology, and Statistics).

How to Fill UNIMED Admission Screening Form 2024/2025
Interested persons should simply follow the guidelines in other to achieve a successful admission screening application.
Eligible candidates should log on to the University website: www.unimed.edu.ng – HERE and take the following steps:
1. Click on Admission;
2. Click on Post-UTME to access the Post-UTME Portal;
3. Click on PAYMENT to make payment via the online payment system using Naira DEBIT Cards;
4. After payment, CLICK HERE to Print Payment Receipt
5. On the Post-UTME Portal, Click on Application Login to Login with your UTME/DE Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID as Password to complete the Post-UTME registration.
