N-Power device support centre or location is a place, where Beneficiaries can easily repair the devices that were given to them by the management of the N Power Nigeria scheme.

However, we earlier published that 2016 Beneficiaries have been instructed to keep their devices for their personal use.

On the other hand, we have been receiving calls and comments from N-Power Volunteers. And they have been asking where they can repair their faulty devices.

As a result, the Scholary Web team is pleased to inform you that you can now visit any of these N Power device support centers listed below, to repair all N Power device-related faults, especially Samsung and Afrione devices.

NOTE

The Federal Government’s N Power Programme created the NPVN Portal to make things easy for Applicants, Volunteers/Beneficiaries. Outside of using the portal to do things like updating or editing bank account details, one of the other important issues that 2016 and 2017 Beneficiaries can resolve on the website is accessing their device support centres.

The Device Support Centres That Are Available On The NPVN Portal Is As follows:

How To Access These Support Centers:

  •  Go to: www.npvn.npower.gov.ng
  •  Click on the device support button on the login page as seen in the image below:
  • It will take you to the next page where all the device support centers links are.
  • Click on any of the devices you selected and view the support center.
