How to Apply or Fill the KSUSTA Post UTME Form 2024/2025

4. You will be directed to the payment page to make payment of #2,000 only. When payment is successful a preview of your application pops, then click on “Proceed to Application Form”,
5. Fill in your details in the fields provided in all the sections and click on “Preview and Submit” to complete your application,
6. Print the completed Online Screening Form for reference.
NOTES:
1. All candidates are required to upload their O’level (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.) result(s) on to JAMB portal through CAPS e-facility at JAMB Office or CBT Centre;
2. Candidates are advised not to visit the University as screening is strictly online, not physical;
3. Successfully admitted candidates will have to check their Jamb Profile (CAPS e-facility) to accept admission being offered to them into KSUSTA;
