FUNAAB Post UTME / DE Registration for 2024/2025 Session
The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has commenced the sale of Post UTME/DE form.
Our update will focus more on areas like FUNAAB Post UTME form 2024/2025, cut off mark, past question and how to process the admission screening registration. In addition, we shall include the application closing date.
Details of FUNAAB Admission Screening
Detailed information available to us describes that FUNAAB Post UTME Registration and Screening process is always strict. The institution, however, wishes to inform students, especially those that made the school their institution of the first choice to proceed and start applying to avoid late-hour delays.
If you did not make FUNAAB your institution of first choice it might affect your chances. Change the name of your preferred institution to FUNAAB in the JAMB portal to increase your chances. Officials further inferred that the cut off mark will be made known after the exams or during the exams.
FUNAAB Post UTME / Direct Entry Form, must be obtained based on the recommendations in the portal. Anything outside that can lead to invalidation of the Application. Be careful who you give money for admission slots. Because the school management will use a strictly merit-based process, especially for the professional courses.
Direct entry students are to provide evidence of previous programs finished. Your results from the programs will determine your eligibility for Direct entry into the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta.
Registration Requirements
While some requirements appear compulsory others are however just an addition.
- Most importantly, only candidates that were able to score up to 160, in the recently concluded 2024 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exam can apply for this admission screening.
- Make JAMB printout available while submitting application.
- WASSCE certificate with at least 5 credits including English and Maths.
- A recent Passport photograph, 8 copies at least.
- OND/HND/NCE or any accepted A level for Direct Entry candidates.
- Open an email account if you do not have any.
- Come with recommendations it might be necessary while.
- Lastly, the Direct Entry Candidates should note that FUNAAB does not accept candidates that have lower credit.
How to Register for FUNAAB 2024/2025 Post UTME
If you meet the requirements stipulated above then you are eligible to visit the FUNAAB Post UTME portal and apply. Payment for registration is N2000 as stipulated on the site. Remember, this payment is non-refundable.
Eligible candidates are to click on “Login” and enter their JAMB UTME or JAMB Direct Entry Registration Numbers to generate and print out their Application Invoice which states their REMITA Reference Number and other information required for payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only, excluding REMITA charges.
Candidates should proceed to any Bank accepting REMITA payment (nationwide) or Online using debit card or via Internet Banking or via Remita website and make payment of the prescribed fee using the REMITA Reference Number.
After payment, candidates are to return to the University admission portal, log in and complete the e-application form as appropriate.
Across several pages, a candidate’s personal record as fetched from JAMB’s portal is displayed and cannot be altered. Where applicable, ensure you correctly input required information (contact information, O’Level examination details, OND/HND/NCE/A’Level/IJMB/JUPEB result).
On the last page (acknowledgement page), candidates are expected to carefully review their application and confirm the entries before clicking on the Submit button. Candidates should thereafter print out and keep the Application Form displaying their passport photograph.
Application opens on Thursday, 1st August, 2024 and closes on Friday, 13th September, 2024.
Correction of wrongly entered data attracts a fee of One Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (₦1,500) only as penalty and can be effected online not later than the closing date of the application. Click here for details
No complaint of wrong contact details, O’Level results, OND/HND/NCE/A-Level/IJMB/JUPEB results shall be entertained after.
Candidates who up-load wrong O’Level results and/or UTME/OND/HND/NCE/A’Level/IJMB/JUPEB results will be automatically disqualified.
NOTE:
Candidates also have the opportunity of expressing interest in the Part-time (weekday evenings) option of their preferred course if available. Further details on the Part-time programmes are available at FUNAAB Part-Time Portal
DE candidates are further required to have submitted their transcript (OND/HND/NCE candidates) or Certified True Copy of Statement of Results duly stamped by Director/HOD of the institution you graduated from (A’level candidates) to the Registrar, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta not later than Friday, 6th September, 2024.
Only candidates with completed application before the stipulated deadline will be considered.
The registration closing date for 2024/2025 has been announced.
