ACEONDO and OAU Part-Time Degree Admission Requirements

  • Each candidate must have gotten a minimum pass in Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) before visiting www.aceondo.net to apply.
  • Secondly, Candidates must have gotten at least 5 O’level credits in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or GCE. Which should include the English Language and Mathematics.
  • In line with Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board JAMB policy and guidelines, candidates applying for Part-Time/Sandwich/Distance Learning should be processed to JAMB through Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). These categories of candidates need not sit for UTME. However, sitting for UTME does not disqualify them. The Directorate of Part-Time Studies will coordinate the JAMB registration for all candidates.

ACEONDO Certificate & Advanced Certificate Programme 2023/2024 Admission Application Requirements

  • Firstly, each candidate must possess his or her Junior Secondary School Certificate.
  • Candidates must have gotten at least 5 O’level credits in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or GCE. Which should include the English Language and Mathematics.
  • Thirdly, Applicants that have been able to acquire Technical College Certificates and at least a year of professional experience. Will stand a better chance of being admitted.
  • Further, each candidate should equally possess nothing less than a 40% graduating grade in any of the following certificate programmes food and Nutrition, Clothing and Textile, and Home Management.
  • Finally, your NCE, OND/HND, Bachelor’s Degree, and other relevant certificates will also be essential.

Please note that the candidates referred to above must choose Adeyemi College of Education (ACE) Ondo as their Institution of First Choice. Candidates who are qualified but did not choose ACE, Ondo as their Institution of First Choice, and are interested in applying, should change their Institution of First Choice from Adeyemi College of Education (Affiliated with OAU, Ile-Ife) for the Degree program and Adeyemi College of Education (Ondo) for NCE. Direct Entry candidates must also submit a hard copy of their NCE results to the Division of Admissions at the College.
